▪RAM Agent-copied files can be User-provided Target OS Scripts (Windows, Linux, BSD or Scripts)

▪User-provided Target OS Scripts can be first-boot Scripts that can perform any number of system management tasks, including Machine personalization/de-personalization (e.g., sysprep.exe /generalize), software installation/configuration, service registration, etc.
