What was the actual result  vs. your expected results?

Is the issue repeatable?

What are the exact steps LinMin can duplicate to reproduce your findings?

Did you review the LSM logs?

What search keywords did you use to search this User Guide?

What pages in this User Guide did you reference (please copy and paste the page URLs and/or page titles)?

What information is incorrect, ambiguous or missing?

 

Then create a Support Help file.

 

 

Please email your answers to these questions along with optional observations and attachments (e.g., screen shots) in a zip file to Support (Beta Users: a ticket system is being implemented. Please email your LSM support team).
