LSM Management Scripts
Main LSM management functions (start/stop services, create a Support Help file, query the database, manage Users, etc.):

Machine Service Event Files: Machine Profile, Payload Metrics and RAM Agent Service Log
For each service event, the following files get generated and grouped together by MAC address, time stamp, sort order number and service IP address used:
•Machine Profile: the discovered hardware and software profile of a Machine
•Payload Metrics: general metrics including timing by Payload stage and total time
•RAM Agent Service Log: details of RAM Agent actions and interactions with the LSM Server
