The MAC address may be printed on the machine's manufacturer's label or available in the manufacturer's documentation.  Alternatively, the BIOS may display the MAC address if a distro or OS is not installed.

 

If the MAC address is still not made available, the easiest way to determine the MAC address is to simply deploy Live Ubuntu to the system using the MAC-Independent method, then access the command line and execute:

ifconfig

 

You can also provision your choice of Linux or Windows using MAC-Independent Provisioning, and obtain the MAC address for Linux and Windows systems.
